At Marinovian, we are dedicated to ensuring that your orders arrive safely, promptly, and in perfect condition. Below are our shipping and delivery guidelines to help you understand the process.

1. Processing Time

In-stock items are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. For custom or made-to-order products, processing and production may take between 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the complexity and material availability. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery. For oversized or fragile items, we may arrange freight shipping or white-glove delivery services. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for certain products.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Free shipping promotions may occasionally apply and will be clearly indicated on eligible products. For larger or international shipments, additional fees may apply.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Domestic orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days after shipment for standard deliveries. Larger items shipped via freight may take 7 to 15 business days. International orders may require 10 to 20 business days, depending on customs clearance and local carrier availability. While we aim to meet these timelines, actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control.

5. International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping on many of our products. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Delivery restrictions may apply to certain oversized or delicate items based on destination country regulations.

6. Delivery Inspection

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package immediately for any signs of damage. If damage is observed, take photos and report it to the delivery personnel and Marinovian customer service within 48 hours. Failing to note damage at the time of delivery may impact eligibility for claims.

7. Delays and Exceptions

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Marinovian cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, extreme weather events, customs clearance, or issues outside of our control. We will communicate promptly should any unexpected delays occur.

8. White-Glove Delivery

For selected premium furniture pieces, we offer optional White-Glove Delivery services, which include in-home placement, unpacking, basic assembly, and removal of packaging materials. Please note that White-Glove Delivery may extend delivery times slightly but guarantees an elevated experience.
