To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with return authorization and shipping instructions.

Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If you wish to exchange an eligible item for another size, style, or product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new purchase. Exchange eligibility follows the same conditions as returns.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damage or issue along with your order number. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost to you.

Order cancellations are accepted only if the item has not yet been shipped or entered production. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
